MOUNTAIN BIKERS' SPECIAL
Mountain-bike enthusiasts are well catered for at Afan Forest Park and we are ideally located for your
accommodation requirements. White's Level and Skyline are two of the
most exacting purpose-built mtb trails in Britain. Experience the
notorious sections of Sidewinder, Genesis, Dead Sheep Gully, and the sinisterly named
Desolation - not for the faint-hearted! Not forgetting Dastardly & Mutley, Grand Canyon,
Handy Andy and are you ready for Heartburn and On The Edge?
Bryn Teg House and both our cottages, Rose Cottage and
Glyndwr are just 100 yards from the low-level cycle way which takes
you off-road to all the rides - no need to keep loading and unloading your equipment from your vehicle
when staying with us!
We offer you a secure cycle storage area where your bikes can be safely locked-up and we also provide a
hosepipe too so your bikes can be left in complete safety and there's no need to return home with a dirty bike. Why not spend
a weekend with us at Bryn Teg House? Have a day's serious off-road biking on serious mtb trails, at the end of
the day a shower, freshen-up, then a meal at our local pub and restaurant and a pint or two, it's only 5
minutes walk.
Why not hire one of our self catering cottages for the weekend?
Both Rose Cottage and Glyndwr
are next to the guest house and each sleeps six.
Our weekend price is from just £240 and that's for the whole weekend which includes THREE nights (Fri/Sat/Sun)
or stay Friday and Saturday nights and depart anytime on the Sunday allowing you a full Sunday to pursue your
activities - this means you can have all weekend on the trails then shower and freshen up, clean your bikes etc.
before departing for home Sunday evening or Monday morning at your leisure - the choice is yours - no hurry - no worry!
